📣 Stop keeping your business in your head.

Let me ask you this: How do you teach someone to do something in your business? How quickly can you teach them? How scattered is that process?

What if you could hand them a complete process that they learn through themselves rather than spending hours physically teaching them how to do it? What if they could learn, do, and send a test for review all before you needed them to actually do the thing for real? What if they could do it all in half the time it would take you to teach them yourself? 

And-wait for it-what if you got the same result every time-even if you had to teach someone completely new?

Introducing your next best friend, the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure). It’s your brain in a document, step by step, that gets the same results, every time.

It might have photos or imagery. It might have a tutorial. Heck, it could even have a test project with a quiz if you wanted.

But the point being: 1) It gets you away from having to physically teach how to do something over and over, and 2) It gives the person you’re teaching something to review and reference over and over should they need until they get it.

And I know what you’re thinking…

Can’t AI make an SOP for me? Of course. Give it the info it needs, and it will spit it right out.

Where you come in is adding, refining and making sure it 1) Sounds like you, 2) Includes all the specific file paths and other instructions you would include if you made it yourself, and 3) Includes YOUR unique way of teaching, nuances, tips and tricks for doing it your way, in your business.

Use AI as a tool to start, then refine for all of the above.

An SOP isn’t earth-shattering news. It’s actually pretty boring news.

But if you boil it down, take a look at the back-end or peek behind the curtain of any successful business or team… you’ll find a stack of SOPs.

It’s the way a team and a business grow- efficiently and effectively.
